Mt Sheridan Toastmaster member Celia Berrell recently visited the Leeds City Toastmasters Club in England.  Her humorous speech “Beauty and the Breast” was awarded Best Speech of the Night on 15/7.  President Dinesh Kaulgud wittily evaluated the speech.   He started by saying that it was a difficult speech to evaluate because his mind kept defaulting back … (to looking at the breasts was inferred but not mentioned).   The Leeds Club receives a lot of guests, so their agenda focuses well on the details of each role within a club meeting.  They save Table Topics until the end of the meeting and regard it as a fun activity for all new guests to try out!  It’s a topsy turvey world isn’t it?
